Rachel is the founder of Trey 4 Logistics, LLC, which has grown successful businesses in sectors including project management, strategic planning, and change management. In 2008, she established Trey 4 Logistics, a company in which unites people and entrepreneurial ideas to create opportunities for a better world.

 

Most of her time is spent building businesses that will make a positive difference in the world and working with Trey 4 Logistics and non-profit organizations it has incubated, such as BAYS Logistics, RMR Sports Management, McKenzie Farms, and The Arts- On Fire Movement. Rachel is married to former NFL “Super Bowl Champion” Defensive Back- Michael McKenzie Sr.

​Rachel, a board member of Off The Field Players’ Wives Association, is constantly embarking on ways to build a community that fosters empowering girls and women through community development. Rachel has also held Executive Leadership roles in many other organizations.

 

As an Infrastructure Branch Director at the Department of Homeland Security, she demonstrated her ability to improve employee retention by creating a new program development initiative. Rachel holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication. “Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women who have her back!
